Giulio, Simone and Giacomo are operating as joint controllers but are not using your data for other purposes than: 1) contacting you to get to know you and register your coding trick on our website; 2) (where feasible) registering you to our courses.

This privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, “Personal Data”) of natural persons (hereinafter, “Data Subjects”):

  1. wanting to enlist their code (the "Code Tricks") on the develawpers.com website (also the "Open Coding Library for Lawyers")
  2. (where feasible) wanting to enroll in one of our informal coding courses;

in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "General Data Protection Regulation" or the “GDPR”) - as well as the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (as amended) and other applicable local laws, as amended or replaced (jointly, the “Applicable Privacy Laws”).

Data controller(s)

Giulio Messori, Simone Cedrola and Giacomo Bertelli (hereinafter "Develawpers") shall be intended as Joint Controllers pursuant to Art. 4(7) GDPR. The joint-controllers can be contacted at their respective emails: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected].

Personal Data

The Personal Data processed by Develawpers for the purpose below may include, by way of example, identification data (name, surname) and contact details (email and phone number), as well as information about academic and professional experiences.

Purpose of processing

Your Personal Data are processed by Develawpers for the purposes of managing any request of i) enlisting your Code Trick on our website's Open Library; (ii) showcase your name and surname on our Develaw-peers page; iii) enrolling you in our informal coding courses; iv) adding you to our exclusive whatsapp or telegram group.

Legal basis

The processing for the latter purposes shall take place in accordance to Art. 6, para. 1, lett. b GDPR.

Nature of processing

Providing Personal Data for joining the Open Coding Library or our Courses is voluntary. However, failure to provide such Personal Data may make impossible for Develawpers to manage and fulfil your request.

You may revoke your request for registration at any time by writing at the joint-controllers emails (see Data Controller(s))

Retention period

Your Personal Data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to publish your Code Trick and to identify you as the rightful author or to keep you enrolled in our courses.
